I don't know about you guys, but what I see is a lot of purple.
I used the poll results to shade in each state. I think it shows how split we all were, but also how unsure we all were. Both primary candidates had plenty of dirt on each other, and not many knew enough about the other candidates to select them.

To the people who chose Trump: please let the others have time to lament. Picking on them and insulting them really does you no credit, give them the respect you'd want since they are humans too. Remember that this loss was particularly hard because the popular vote wasn't in favor of your man.
To the people who chose another candidate: refrain from lashing out. Take the time you need to mourn and accept the results, but then you need to dust yourselves off; it isn't the end of the world, and there are plenty of people ready to stand with you to protect the progress the U.S. has made.

An America united is much better off than an America split by petty arguments. Insults are inferior to real conversations, which result in progress instead of more insults.
